We do not promise tax-free import or charge additional website fees after payment. PayPal or your funding provider may apply currency conversion charges.

One order purchases one custom plush in the published 20 × 30 × 30 cm specification. The current product price is USD 129.00. During our current promotion, delivery is free (USD 0.00) to the destinations available at checkout, for a checkout total of USD 129.00. This is a real purchase that will be made and shipped. Promotional free shipping remains available until the studio changes it; your accepted order keeps its recorded price and delivery charge. We review your drawing before making begins. If we cannot make the design, we will contact you and arrange a full refund rather than begin production. Handmade details may vary from the drawing; the gallery images are AI-generated design illustrations. To cancel before making begins, email Jimzhang@qq.com with your order reference. We will arrange a full refund of the amount paid, including the delivery charge, to the original payment method. Once making has begun, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellation for the personalised item, subject to your applicable statutory rights. For a faulty item, an incorrect item or an order that has not arrived, contact Jimzhang@qq.com so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights. Making is estimated at 4–6 weeks after payment and drawing review. Transit time is additional. Delivery destinations are listed at checkout, and dispatch and tracking details appear in your order when available. Payment and delivery remain subject to the payment provider and carrier being able to serve the address. If we cannot fulfil delivery, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
